53-year-old female shown here 2 months after upper blepharoplasty, lower blepharoplasty, and fat transfer to the tear troughs and midface. By addressing excess upper eyelid skin, lower eyelid bags, and volume loss beneath the eyes and cheeks, a smoother lid-cheek transition and more rejuvenated appearance were achieved.
